Last week, 7 members of the Ainu community joined Tulalip Tribes in the Paddle to Makah: Tribal Journey 2010. It was the culmination of a
year-long exchange between the Ainu Association of Hokkaido and six Washington tribal communities. Below is a selection of images from the canoe landing at Neah Bay and the Ainu's performance during the protocol ceremonies.
